Jennie of BLACKPINK Secures No. 1 on Billboard Global Excluding U.S. Chart with ‘You & Me’.
Jennie’s “You & Me” debuts at the number one spot on the Billboard Global Excluding U.S. Songs chart for the week of October 21. This Jennie’s achievement not only marks the first solo chart-topper for the BLACKPINK member but also the second for a BLACKPINK member, following Rosé’s “On the Ground” in March 2021.
When considering the group’s collective success, BLACKPINK has accumulated a total of three number one hits on this particular chart. In a historic milestone, BLACKPINK distinguishes itself on the Global Excluding U.S. Songs chart as the first musical act with multiple members to secure the top position, courtesy of the chart-topping success of both Jennie and Rosé in addition to their collective achievements as a group.
