BTS’ Jimin as The Only Asian Soloists to Reach Number 1 on Spotify Global Chart!
BTS member Jimin has taken the world by storm with his debut solo album “FACE.”
According to the latest chart (as of March 26th) from Spotify, the largest music streaming platform in the world, the title track “Like Crazy” from “FACE” has claimed the top spot on the “Daily Top Songs Global” chart.

On its release day, March 24th, “Like Crazy” garnered 6.634 million streams and entered the “Daily Top Songs Global” chart at number 2. However, just three days later, it climbed two spots to reach number one.
In addition to its global success, “FACE” has also conquered the Japanese Oricon “Weekly Album Ranking.” On the day of its release, Jimin achieved the “million-seller” status with 1.02 million copies sold, making him the first solo artist to surpass one million sales on the first day of an album’s release, according to Hanteo Chart’s first-week album sales count.
